The Problem
Kimberly is a talented personal trainer and massage therapist. But, as she was only starting out her journey she did not yet have a critical asset to her business, a website. Without this there was not a platform where she could send her customers nor a booking system to streamline her business.
Our Solution
Founder of KF Knowledge & Fitness, Kimberly Ferrugia approached our agency to resolve her problem of having a lack of an online presence. Firstly, we met with Kim over zoom to discuss her brand and how she was running her business to figure out how could translate that into her online presence. Once the project was green lit we met again to discuss specifications, branding and functionality. Our design lead then developed an in depth wireframe of the entire website to showcase to Kim to ensure we were heading in the right direction. It was also crucial to the business that KF had the installation of a seamless booking system built into the website. Using Acuity scheduling to build the booking system KF Knowledge & Fitness now offers individual sessions and packages for customers in both personal training and massage therapy, all through a powerful and attractive website.
