The Problem

Retro and Vintage Swansea is a student run business selling vintage and preloved clothes on the high street. They had built up a very successful physical presence, however, they were selling clothes online using Depop and Instagram. This lead to a very time consuming process with high fees from Depop and orders getting lost when customers wanted to purchase an item on Instagram. Therefore, they needed a central digital presence with low fees and a stock system that they could direct customers to.

Our Solution

RAVS decided to come to us. We offered them numerous ecommerce methods and settled on setting up a Shopify stock system and linking it to their website using buy buttons. We also added a virtual tour to their site to give online customers an idea of the character of their store, and when paired with a dynamic gallery and automatic Instagram post display system created a site that perfectly represented RAVS while also giving them a platform to sell their clothes.
